We’re seeking a qualified lead Dental Assistant who is caring, professional, dependable and reliable, and ready to take on a leadership role in a supportive, patient-focused setting. Qualifications We are Looking For:
- 1 year of dental assisting experience preferred
- Proficient with dental assisting techniques and protocols
- Familiarity with 3D scanning and taking x-rays
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and reliable with a willingness to learn and work.
- Friendly, calm demeanor and team-focused attitude
- Current CPR certification (optional)
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Willing to work
What You’ll Do:
- Welcome patients into the treatment area and help them feel comfortable
- Assist the dentist chairside during patient visits
- Set up and clean operatories and maintain sterilization protocols
- Monitor and manage inventory and supply orders
- Ensure a smooth and efficient patient flow
- Help with training and mentoring additional team members as we grow
- Provide excellent patient care with a warm and professional manner
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and office policies

Job Type: Part-time, 20-27 hrs/week
Required:
- Ability to Commute to the Meridian, ID office on a daily basis
- Ability to relocate to Meridian, ID before hire date.
- Ability to work in person at location.
Compensation: $20.00 - $27.00 per hour, depends on experience
